NANCE HARDING, MAHS-LPC
Private Practice 1995-Present
In her private practice Nance mentors, counsels and supports adults experiencing Third Stage of Life management issues. She combines her knowledge and training in Jungian Psychology with her extensive corporate coaching and counseling experience to offer clients innovative ways of coping and thriving during archetypal events. She defines archetypal events as those events shared by humanity in general. Examples are birth, illness, death, natural disasters, war and/or global economic conflicts.
Her corporate experience has led her to coin the term Aging Careerist. An Aging Careerist is someone who manages their career path and then phases into retirement. Research indicates that 70%+ of the Baby Boomers will work well into their 70s, just not full time. Nance considers herself an Aging Careerist and has strategized and planned her own career path since the 1980s. She has 13 years extensive corporate experience coaching executives through career and retirement transitions. Please read about her corporate experience below.
